This highly intensive training course explores in-depth the complexities of international business & diplomatic protocol. It is intended for professionals responsible for the organisation of international meetings, multilateral events and conferences, working in a multicultural environment.

This course is the most comprehensive, advanced and in-depth intensive two-day study certification training on international business & diplomatic protocol. It is designed for those who wish to empower their skills when managing the event organisation process: starting from the planning stage right through to the event running and the post-event evaluation.
This hands-on training course gives you insights into the art of interaction in the multicultural environment and includes a dynamic workshop on the organisation of an international conferences and multilateral events.
Furthermore, it aims to reduce the level of frustration, anxiety, uncertainty and concern when communicating at various business and diplomatic levels with people from around the globe.
You will participate in dynamic group workshops and discussions about currently used norms and proper rules of international protocol, which are necessary to understand when handling the organisation and logistics pertaining to high-level visits or when participating in such events and getting in personal contact with distinguished visitors. The group workshop will include planning and establishing the order of precedence and preparing agendas, seating, invitations & RSVPs; organising signing agreement ceremonies and activities when planning, coordinating and participating at conferences and international events.
